Our vision is a world without Alzheimer's.
Someone in America develops Alzheimer’s every 67 seconds, and in Minnesota and North Dakota, more than 370,000 people are currently affected – either with the disease themselves or as a caregiver.
The Alzheimer’s Association, Minnesota-North Dakota chapter, continues the fight against Alzheimer’s disease through vital research, advocacy, and essential programs and services. Until the time when we can achieve our vision of a world without Alzheimer’s, the Association will continue to provide support and hope to those touched by dementia, their families and caregivers.
The Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support and research. Our mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
Our programs and services include:
- 24/7 Helpline - 800.272.3900
- Community, Professional and Corporate Education
- Support Groups
- Early Stage Programs
- Care Consultations
- Website and Online Tools (alz.org/mnnd)
- Advocacy at the state and national levels
- Research (TrialMatch®)
Your support makes all this possible. Thank you.
